keyboard mapping in CDE display started by vncviewer

I am running vncviewer 3.3.3.2 on Win95 PC, accessing CDE (Common DeskTop
Environment) on an RS6000 AIX box.  The Progress application that I support
requires specific keyboard mapping with em320w terminal emulation.  In the
CDE that the vncviewer pulls up, how do I change the keyboard mapping in the
dt term window?
