ConnectPriority

We have attempted the "ConnectPriority" setting to the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ORL\WinVNC3\ registry section of a Win98 machine
running the service.  Without success.     The object is to allow ONLY one
user at a time to enter through the given port(s).  The docs claim that WinVNC
will refuse the new connection if the setting is "2".  It continues to allow
the second connection to kill the first.  WinVNC version 3.3.3R7
