Create windows shortcut for win98 desktop

almost worked, this gives invalid server error message. To complete the
assocciation you must open:

start-settings-folder options-file types

click "new type"
Describe it "VNC file"
Associated extension  "vnc"
pick new
action "open"
browse to c:\progra~1\orl\vnc\vncviewer.exe
once created you must further edit the entry by changing

"c:\program files\VNC\vncviewer.exe"

to

"c:\program files\VNC\vncviewer.exe" /config

after that it works fine
