I have to add one more thing. I tried export Display=..:13.0 and it works for
XV but it gives me the error on CATIA

Xlib:extension "XInputExtension" missing on dislpay "indigo:5.0"

Hmm, you mean :0 ? Just export DISPLAY=:1 (or setenv DISPLAY :1 for
csh) before you the offending software, assuming :1 is the vncserver's
display.
