QuerySetting don't Work

Our version of WinVNC always asks for a users acceptance to the connection.
It seems to me that if you ALWAYS want it to do this (the way we did), maybe
it would be more convenient to make these same modifications so that VNC
ALWAYS asks the user before accepting a connection regardless of any
settings in the registry (that way a user cannot turn this feature off).

You can have the above behaviour by setting:

    QuerySetting = 3 in the default user section and
    AllowProperties = 0 in the default user section.

This will prevent the user from overriding the QuerySetting behaviour.
