Inetd on the HP

Hi

Someone has found the problem, ixvnc3a patch is using the X lock files to
find a free display and it seams in HP-UX, Xvnc is not compiled with this
option.
Because in HP-UX the Xvnc is not creating the lock-file my patch is assuming
display 99 is free (the first it checks).

The problem is in xfree86.cf but I'm not sure its wise to change this file.

This is a bug in my patch.
In a new version i'll check if x-server ports (6000+display) are in use.
