WinVNC Server

Hi,
 
I run WinVNC viewer to watch agents perfomance in a call centre (all 95
machines)
 
However, there are a few users who kill the client and know when they are
being watched. I know you can disable the settings so the user can't change
password or shutdown the app. But ....
 
Is there anyway of hiding the ICON from the systray???
