multiple user on windows ?

I have a small lan ( 2 computer ). 1 on windows 98, 1 on Linux RH 5.2.
If i use Linux as a server, I can log in and the Linux screen is untouch.
Just like i log in another console and start X.

But, if i reverse it. I use windows as a server.
I log in from my Linux and i can change windows setting, but on the screen
everything is change. If i move a dialog box, on the windows screen, it move
too.

I dislike this way, i want to "use" windows on my 2 computer like i can do
in Linux.
Is there a way to do it?
Using Xvnc for windows ( did Xvnc is ported or on the way ) ?
