rfb for videoconferencing?

Hi Everyone,

The company i work for does quite a bit of videoconferencing between
offices.  Now, we want to set up some additional rooms, but without
spending the big money on PictureTel.

Has anyone made a lightweight rfb server for a video camera?  If not,
how difficult would it be to write?

Would this work with rfbproxy to fanout the signal on the remote end?




Any suggestions/comments welcome.
