Server Service could not be installed

I tried the winvnc -install and I'm getting the error msg  "WinVNC service could
not be installed".

I am logged in as an administrator (or at least with rights)
I uninstalled the previous version and then reinstalled the latest version
(3.3.3R7)
I installed it locally



Any suggestions
