Querry and settings changes

Hello... I thought I'd try this list to mention some changes I made, in
case anyone is interested...

My primary motive was to make the Query setting be able to be set to auto
*accept*, instead of reject, if desired. This is very useful for people who
don't want others connecting to a machine they are using without their
knowledge.

Along with that, I made an "Advanced Properties" box off of the original
Properties box, where you can set many of the registry options that are not
accessible in the main Properties box. (Logging and extensive logging,
allow loopback connections, allow only loopback connections, require
authentication, connection priority, query settings.)

I also made a system tray menu option to "Disable new clients". (This turns
the icon yellow). This is useful both for securing exclusive access
remotely and for easily temporarily cutting off VNC access while working
locally.

Also, I made a (disableable) button on the accept/reject query dialog
labeled "Accept without Password". This does what it says, and is very
useful for showing people something without giving them your password. And
I made the query box system modal, which seems to make sense.
