Let me check something: is there a "html" folder accompanying the Server
archive?  If not, first check you downloaded the latest version (there are
two on the site), then come back to me.  The html folder is required to
contain the files served up by the HTTP server, including the Java applet.

Incidentally, I'm probably not using the latest version of the Java applet
- this could be a Bad Thing.  Something to be sorted out for the next
release, whenever that is.
