Have you tried the 3.3.2b2.3 version from my website, or are you just using
the AT&T version? I am working on the Server, and one of the biggest
problems is stability on the NuBus PowerMacs such as your 6100 and my 8100
- although that has improved markedly in recent versions. I suspect a
rewrite of the networking code using the stock PowerPlant routines may be
of help, but will require quite some investigation. PCI PowerMacs appear
to have better stability than the NuBus machines, due to a different
interrupt-catching API available on these machines (a kludge I put in
without which the Server is hopeless).
