This is pretty vanilla. Just the ATI vid drivers loaded, no special ATI
software.
The software the server is supporting is Trend Micro's Officescan,
Serverprotect, & Scanmail run with their control system. Some of the
packages use the IIS 4 (officescan in particular to install, etc. from).

Have you tried disabling hardware video accelleration for the problem
machines? If that helps then it indicates an incompatibility between VNC's
screen grabbing techniques and your hardware. What program are you running?
If you run full screen DOS sessions or some other specialist programs, then
the graphics never actually get rendered into the framebuffer and VNC is
unable to intercept them.
