CTRl-ALT-ESC sequence - newbie.

You can send a Ctrl Down, then an Alt Down, then press Esc.  First time I tried doing that before but it seemed to work!

Hi there.
I need to send the key sequence CTRl-ALT-ESC til vmware inside vncclient 
(X) to release to mouse from it
Is it possible to add a send sequence as the ctrl alt del sequence. I have 
tried to make a sequence with the ctrl and alt up/down but it don?t work.
Suggestions/solutions please.
