Re[2]: Not able to install WinVNC as a service

Try looking in Services and see if the VNC Server has been installed. Should be
the one near the end. If it has try starting the service. If not try installing
it again.

There is also a manual way of installing the service by running the winvnc.exe
with the -install option.

That error indicates that either the service is already installed, or you do
not have administrator priveliges.
