VNC monitor addon problems

no i don't think its something that simple, i tried extracting it to folder
called vncmon  then tried to RUN jview /cp C:\vncmonitor\vncmon and then
tried jview /cp C:\vncmonitor\vncmon vncmonitor . both of them again opening
up a dos window but it disapeers too fast to be read. here is what it says
to do in the readme for vncmonitor:
If you have the Microsoft JVM installed you need to type

jview /cp ./VncMonitor.zip VncMonitor

again this opens up a dos window and then it closes too fast too read.

any other suggestions
