Not able to install WinVNC as a service

Hi,

I have tried to install WinVNC as a service in Windows NT, but when I try
from Start\Programs\VNC\Administrative tools\Install WinVNC service,
I get an error window saying the WinVNC service could not be installed.
What can I do? I do have administrator access, so I have no idea what's
going wrong...
