There is also some possibility in the latest version to make appear a
question box to allow the connection. It should be somewhere in the
documentation or the faq's.

Leave the VNC server icon in the system tray - it goes from white to black
when someone accesses their computer.

is there a way to notify or ask the users at the vnc server computers,
before
vnc-viewer can access the machine ?
I run vnc at our company computers, but the users want to be informed, if
there is an access with vnc-viewer.
