Put a shortcut to the "Run Service Helper" in your START-Group (in german: 
Autostart), then you may notice the changing color of the VNC-Icon in your 
System tray.

Otherwise you have to put this little message-function in the sources and 
have to recompile it.

with VNC (On my Computer is the VNC-Server)?
