Cannot connect to Windows 95 VNC server

I have installed VNC within our Windows NT environment as a tool for
remote administration, and it has been a *great* time-saver! I scanned
the mail archive to see if my problem was already discussed, but didn't
see any matches, so hear goes...

I have a handful of Windows 95 workstations on the LAN which have
Client for Microsoft Networks bound to TCP/IP. (The LAN has Windows
NT 4.0 Server and Workstations primarily). I installed VNC on the
Win95 PC the same way I did on the WinNT machines (install the
default registry settings, install the WinVNC service, etc). However,
I cannot connect remotely to the Win95 machine (from WinNT) when it is at
the
"signon" screen for Windows Networking. If I try, I get the "failed to
connect to server" error window. Once I signon to the Win95 PC,
I can run VNCviewer and connect to a WinNT machine, and vice-
versa. But once I signoff Win95 again, I get the "failed to connect
to server" error again. (I have had no problems with the WinNT-
to-WinNT connections)

Is there some setting or registry key that needs to be modified under
Win95 for this kind of setup to work?

Thanks for any help,
Dan Bielaski
