ssh forwarding problem on WinNT for java client

i know that.   but the port is forwarded to the local machine by the ssh 
client securecrt and so

         http://localhost:5810

should work just fine, as it is in reality

         http://<remotemachine>:5802

when i call the latter it works ok.

if what you say above is true then my vncviewer shouldn't work in local 
port forwarded mode either.  that, however, works fine in both direct 
connect (remotemachine:2) and port forwarded connection (localhost:2).
