Just a note - our users aren't on NT either.  We have VNC installed as
a service on our Win95 boxes and frequently sign out as the regular
(restricted) user to sign in as an admin user so we can update network
configs, install s/w patches, etc.

This was the feature that sold us on VNC and took away the only reason
we were even attempting to use Microsoft SMS - remote control
available even at the logon screen.
