Updating VNC Password on Win 9x

This solution works well, but is it possible to generate a password
WITHOUT going through the hassle of exporting the registry key? It would
be nice if there were a utility of some kind that would generate a .reg
file for you without requiring you to change your own password and then
interacting with regedit. My situation is that a superset of the users
would be responsible for password changes and I don't know about you, but
as an admin, I dread the users playing with regedit to do much of
anything. :-)
