disable win98 login prompt

Search for TweakUi - it has a nice feature where you can force
logon. Please be aware that you are exposing the password as
a clear text in registry.

how does one disable the login screen on win98? we want to be able to
remotely reboot via vnc. we want to bypass the win98 login screen.
