VNC as a service in NT

[Ehud Kaplan]

I used to have a little icon in my system tray, showing the VNC server.  Now
I don't.  How do I find out if the service is alive?  How do I get it to
work each time I boot?

Are you sure that no existing instance of WinVNC is already running on that
machine?
