Sending Option key to a Mac server from Windows client

I'm running the Macintosh VNC Server 3.3.3b2 on my iMac running Mac OS 9,
and I'm connecting to it from my Windows 2000 machine with VNCviewer
3.3.3r2.

How can I send the Macintosh "Option" key to the Mac from the Windows
keyboard in the Windows client?

Also, I've noticed that I can't make Macintosh context menus pop up using
the standard Macintosh Control-click method. How can I get that to work?
