On UNIX, starting vncviewer with no options should show a usage message
showing most, if not all, of the available options.  I'm not entirely sure
if the same is true for vncserver, having not tried to use it.

GUI-based clients and servers, eg. Windows and Macintosh, give you all the
options in front of you :).
