The SCM is the Services Control Manager. Make sure that you have definately
got administrator priviledges on that machine when you try to install the
registry service.

When trying to install WindowsNT VNC as a service on Windows NT Server 4 (SP
5) I get the following error:
"The SCM could not be contacted - The WinVNC Service was not installed."
I have sucessfully installed this service on several other Win NT Server 4.0
(SP5) machines... any ideas?
