running Xwindows on a Redhat Linux system.

I cant make it go :(

[jake "at" hyper-ig ]$ vncviewer 203.30.88.134:0
VNC server supports protocol version 3.3 (viewer 3.3)
Password:
VNC authentication succeeded
Desktop name "adelaidenew1" <---- this is an NT server
Connected to VNC server, using protocol version 3.3
VNC server default format:
  8 bits per pixel.
  Colour map (not true colour).
Can't cope with 24 bits-per-pixel. Sorry.

none of the options help either.

I realise this has something to do my X setup, but I cant believe the
only solution is to switch X into a lower mode.....

Please be gentle with RTFMs please :)

Any help appreciated,
Jake
