Yes, I believe there is a problem with the mailing list archive
search feature on the website. I've tried doing searches on even
non-specific terms like "the" and such and it won't come back with any
results at all. It sucks that we're pointing the newbies to the search
engine when it doesn't even work. I've tried performing searches using IE5,
IE4, Netscape Communicator 4.61, Opera, Lynx and Mosaic on NT, 95, 98,
FreeBSD and Solaris, all with the same nil result. Thanks to Jonathan Morton
for that suggestion.
