Robert, try reading the Frequently Asked Questions. The situation you
described is most likely discussed there, since it comes up a lot on this
list. The FAQ is at http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/faq.html. If the FAQ
doesn't help, post another message, saying that you've already read the FAQ
:)
