I'm afraid this new version has proved to be a disaster for me. (Mac 7300/OS 9).

I have mouse2 mapped to cmd-click, and mouse3 mapped to opt-click. In conjunction with
MouseKey things work properly in Beta 2: my Logitech 3 button mouse is actually a working
3 button mouse.

I was very enthused when I saw that Beta 3 had the possibility of defining a certain key
(like opt) to meta, which a lot of X programs want.

However, I've had enornmous problems with Beta 3:

1) when I defined the mouse keys as I did with Beta 2, a single click on mouse button 1
did not function properly.

2) I could never get a key to work like the meta modifier.

3) the program became wildly unstable, with lots of OT messages and off-screen world
errors in the log. (I not sure where to look for the old log file). This is turn caused
my whole machine to behave unstably (not too difficult with MacOS!) and I had to reboot.

4) the format produced by the mouse remapping shortcuts does not seem to exactly
correspond to format described in the help. (Although I'm not sure that matters).

So I'm back to Beta 2, which has been rock-solid for me.
