The TCP thing sounds like the standard problem of TCP/IP not being initialized
yet. There have been several postings about that. I don't know if it is in the
FAQ yet or not, but you have to change your control panel to advanced settings or
something and tell it to load TCP/IP at startup instead of waiting until it's
called for the first time. I don't remember the exact steps, but I'm sure
somebody else on this list does.
