Install Problems Under NT 4.0

Personally, I eventually went back to the previous distribution. I tried
hacking the installation files around, using what I thought were the
relevant files from the previous installation pack together with the .cab
files from the latest one, but every time it dropped out at 99%. I also
tried closing all the other open applications I could.

Eventually, after about 2 hours, I admitted defeat and reverted to the full
previous install.
