Install Problems Under NT 4.0

I want to install the latest version of VNC.  It installed fine on my Win2K
box at home, but when I take it to work and install it there, the setup
program starts and then dumps.  It does this on all the machines here.
Server, Wks, SP4, SP5, SP6a, it doens't matter.  I read up on the FAQ at the
VNC home page, and I am not installing from a network share.

Has ANYONE had this problem where they are installing from a local drive,
with the right SP level, and it still fails??
