Sounds like a WinPopup alike but probably better :)

Could you please give us an url to the program ?? 

(I searched Yahoo but ended up at http://www.wiredred.com who seem to have
something similair, hmm, on second thought this seems much more than just
VNC and WinPopup altogether .. with a price to match it)
