VNC on HPUX + dtlogin

Previous messages describe how to implement VNC along with dtlogin,
but we've had some trouble with the implementation so I have some
questions.

1) using the suggested addition to Xservers

myhost:1 Local local "at" none /opt/vnc/bin/Xvnc :1 -cc 3 -desktopX11
-httpd /opt/vic/classes -geometry 1152x864 -depth 8 -dp[i 95 -rfbauth
/etc/opt/vnc/vncpasswd

with appropriate replacements for myhosts and vnc paths

the Xvnc process starts but is owned by daemon. When I try to log
into that screen it always fails I'm guessing because vncpasswd
doesn't know where to look for a proper passwd file. How do you set
up a passwd file and where do you put it so that vncpasswd knows
where to look in this case. (I know there is a $HOME/.vnc/passwd
file in each users directory, but vncpasswd doesn't know who the user
is when you try to log in using vncviewer on a screen that's owned by
daemon.

2) How do you set the proper font paths for the Xvnc process?

3) With regular vncserver more than one user can log into a
particular vnc screen. Is that true in this case?

thanks
