Thank you for your helpful replies!
I already installed the Dial-Up-Networking 1.3 upgrade on the computer =
which will be running Windows95, but the "Dial Up Networking direct =
serial cable between two PCs" option (in the "Standard Modem Types" =
folder) isn't available - and the list of modems for which drivers are =
available only goes up to 28.8kbps, as before... I really can't notice =
any difference in the menus! But until I solve this problem... :
Well, but there is a question I can't help asking: isn't running VNC =
over a such a connection intolerably slow? Or does one get good results =
when using a serial cable?
