Hi all.
I have a question. I have installed vncserver on linux. I am going to =
install it on Solaris. SunOS 5.5.1, Open Windows 3.5.1. Ultra 1 and =
Sparc 20. What differences in installing are there from the linux =
version. On this type of machine, where would I copy the executables =
such as vncserver and Xvnc? If I just install it and run it, will it =
start the same openwindows desktop as if someone just started =
openwindows normally? How do you start normal openwindows? Is perl in =
/usr/bin?
What about Xvnc's font path and color database? Do I need to edit these =
like it says in the readme?
On my linux installation, I know how to change the window manager, and =
startup gnome or kde. What are the equivalents to this on Solaris?

I really appreciate any help you could give.

TIA,
Matt Grab
