Nope -- Set Primary Login to Windows, and even with a net client installed
the null password will bypass a login.  Of course, this also trashes network
security...

FWIW, setting the password to nothing will only work with the "local"
login.  If you're using Client for Microsoft Networking (or Client for
Novell Networking, probably), it'll still prompt you for a password.
