right mouse - Mac to NT

I must be missing something. Please enlighten me.

How does one send a right-mouse click from a Mac client to an NT box 
running VNC server? Ideally, I would like my two-button Mac mouse to 
use _its_ right mouse button, but will settle for some command-key 
combo.

Any hints welcome.
