Win32 Server Listening Port

I saw on your website that I can change the port that the server listens
to, but I couldn't find anything on the online documentation.  Nor in
the mailing list archives.

Any clue on how to go about changing the port?
I m going thru a proxy server to connect.

Another question is, the server needs to listen to the same port as the
viewer is trying to connect to, am I correct in assuming that based on
your documentations?
