Changing IP port in WinVNC

I'm running WinVNC 3.3.3r7 on NT4 Server and I want to change the IP port
that WinVNC uses. I read in the FAQ Item #, "Check the documentation".  I go
to the docs, and it isn't discussed! I've searched the archives for some
time, but no specific instructions, just references to them.  OK, either I
am a fool and can't find it, or it's missing. Can someone point me to the
