PCanywhere and VNC

I encounter this problem when I have PCanywhere and VNC running at the same
time:
1. The machine locksup
2. The host lost control of keyboard and mouse.
3. Host has to reboot to regain control.
4. Remote Control has full use of keyboard and mouse.

has anyone else encounter this problem?
