You could, on your local machine, set your VNC password to something generic
("password").  Figure out what the encoded string is in the registry, then
make a batch file like:
REG UPDATE
HKLM\Software\ORL\WinVNC3\Default\Password=that_string_mentioned_above

REG also works updating remote machines.  It's a utility from Microsoft.

Note: I do not support setting VNC to a generic/unsafe password, but I'm
answering the guy's question.
