Finally I got the xmkmf utility and I was able to compile the source code.
But I met a compilation problem.

The first step is well performed
    xmkmf
   make World

But when I compiled the Xvnc :
   cd Xvnc
   make World

I got the following messages at the end:
 rm -f libvnc.a

And of course the Xvnc binary is not created.

Does somebody know how to solve that ?

In advance thank you
