In the faq, you can read how to install it as a service, and providing a general password, instead of one by user...

Subject:	Problems with winvnc and vnc on freebsd

Hi,

 I'm a new vnc user. I installed a winvnc in a Windows NT 4 machine as a
service. I'm trying connect to the winvnc from a freebsd 4 machine using
the vncviewer but I received the message "VNC authentication failed". I
can connection only if I log in the Windows NT and start the WinVnc (App
Mode). How can I resolve this problem?

Thanks in Advance.
