Once again, WinVNC and Port 80

I read the archives regarding getting WinVNC working on TCP/IP port 80, but
am still having trouble. Here's the contents of my registry settings (debug
mode was on for port notification, not that there's anything wrong with
netstat!).  What am I doing wrong?
