I can't find any such message in the list digest! Are you sure you're not
reading messages about Windows 9x by mistake?

If someone sends me a debug output from WinVNC to take a look at, I'll see
whether there's anything obviously wrong with it. I've never had any
problems using WinVNC on Win2K but I also have no Win2K machines around at
the moment.

Have you tried upgrading the VGA driver to a card-specific driver? Does it
fix your problem?

Are you sure? You MUST be running the service in the SYSTEM account, with
desktop access permissions.
